20-year-old left-back Paul McMenamin is now in his second season with the club, having joined up with Lok in the pre-season of 2003-04 ahead of the SJFA Supercup. He was on the bench as much as he started games last year and was usually a preferred option on the left flank in cup ties. He was kind enough to spare the Lok Programme a few minutes recently to reveal a wee bit about himself.
